I accurately predicted in my book “The Perpetual Money Machine”, published in 2007, that any business or non-profit Organization that invested their money back into their Enterprises with the point-of-view of a systematic Entrepreneur would sustain profitable growth and increase their valuation.

The return on investment capital of those privately owned businesses was over 24% per year. Once key managers are trained in the methods of the systematic Entrepreneur, the actions they take given time create new streams of profit. Examples of systematic Entrepreneur action results include better ways to:

  • Obtain New Customers
  • Reduce Costs
  • Recruit
  • Train and Retain Employees
  • Develop New Products and Services
  • Obtain New Acquisitions
  • And Many More

Those businesses specialized in industries such as; Construction, Internet, Medical, Manufacturing, Law, Transportation, Retail, Service, and More. We now have a method to speed up the success of any Organization’s valuation through the 8 key drivers’ algorithm.

I also wrote “The Synergy Factor” in 2000. The purpose of both of my books was to give readers powerful actions that others had taken which proved to work to increase their sustainability and valuation. Over 80% of the clients increased their valuations by 4 times, 8 times, 10 times, and even 19 times earnings! Some companies capitalized their growth costs while others expensed their growth costs, but regardless of their accounting methods, they all became sustainable.

Some of my clients sold their businesses, allowing them wealth and financial security they could not have even dreamed of. Others passed the management on to a management team or family, and still others stayed on just because they loved what they were doing.

Using the Systematic Entrepreneurial Manager approach, we can discover why Organizations don’t grow and what to do about it.

  1. The concept of the Entrepreneurial Manager is a new kind of Management developed for any Organization that faces uncertainty.
  2. Learning through systems analysis helps Organizations that need to improve do so by scientifically running frequent experiments.
  3. By developing, measuring, and constantly learning; the Entrepreneurial Manager turns ideas into services and measures how customers respond, teaching them where to innovate or accelerate their success through the use of feedback loops.
  4. Entrepreneurial Accounting assists Managers in improving outcomes by forcing them to be held accountable to key performance indicators that affect the financial statements.
  5. Six Sigma and the Entrepreneurial Manager focus on the knowledge and creative ability of individuals to create customer valued activities and reduce waste through validated learning.
