Gary Holt

Throughout his 35 years in business, Gary Holt has received numerous awards as well as recognition as an innovative leader in Marketing and Management. His background includes executive positions in a number of companies, including: J.L. Hudson, Chrylser World Headquarters, Howmett Corporation and Bradford LaRiviere Advertising. Gary’s specialty is improving the profit results of small to mid-sized businesses through: Strategic Planning, Tracking Systems, New Market/New Product Feasibility and Systems Training.
Gary has authored two books The Synergy Factor and The Perpetual Money Machine.
Michelle Hooverman

Michelle joined Holt in 2005 after 19 years in the healthcare field. Trained in the systems established by Gary Holt, Michelle’s specialty is working with Management and Employees on process development in the key areas of Management, Operations, Marketing and Finance. She also has conducted training sessions in the areas of sales, productivity and DISC and values testing. In addition, Michelle has a strong background in marketing, public relations and recruiting.
Steve Holt

Research and Recruiting Consultant
Steve joined Holt in 1991 and worked for sister company Sign Tec producing detailed sign work for clients. In 2005, he joined Holt Marketing and Management as a researcher. Steve helps clients through conducting research in the areas of: industry trends, customer profiles, competitor research, new market studies, new product studies, surveys and focus groups. Steve conducts recruiting for our clients, specializing in commercial and industrial trade recruiting.
Barb Urban

Call Center Specialist
Barb has been with Holt Marketing and Management for more than nine years, working with clients in various capacities. Barb currently manages our Call Center which provides lead generation (outbound calls) campaigns for clients. Barb and her staff combines enthusiasm and courtesy with professional telephone etiquette.
Paul Kowalski

Vice President/Creative Director
Paul had worked with clients such as: General Motors, Buick, Dow, Chrysler, Toyota and taught graphic design courses at the university level. Paul specializes in multi-faceted advertising/marketing campaigns where it is critical to develop continuity both in image and message through various advertising materials and channels. Since beginning his career in 1985, Paul has worked with hundreds of clients in various industries and won several awards.
Mike Selk

Art Director
Mike is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and minor in Marketing. He has worked as a graphic designer in the tri-city area for over seven years. Mike also presently designs project for the Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame’s Community Involvement and Membership efforts. He has also received Michigan’s Credit Union’s Blue Water Marketing award for outdoor advertising.
